Direct Sales, Sales Managers, National Sales Managers 
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the selling of the new and exciting VoIP phone service both to business and residential customers. In addition, this person will also be responsible for selling Laser Toner Cartridges and IT Services to companies.

Responsibilities/Duties:
Achieve assigned quantitative sales goals.
Design and implement individual sales and marketing strategies in assigned territory. This can be accomplished by coordinating, planning and conducting product presentations, use of internal resources to support sales goals; execute in-territory special selling event; develop in-territory mail/promotional campaigns and face-to-face sales conversations with customers.
Prioritize selling time and selling the assigned list within the defined markets; demonstrate software products using the computer; employee Professional Selling Skills techniques and strategies; sample products; develop custom bundling agreements. Develop follow-up strategies to ensure future sales.
Participate in regional workshops in support of territory sales strategy.
Maintain, update and account records; track sales; report closed business; report pending business; provide sales forecasts; develop yearly sales territory plan.
Control territory budget through appropriate use of money allocated for sampling, travel and entertainment.
You must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of products; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. prefer knowledge of Microsoft’s CRM (Customer Relations Manager) Software. A background in computers is a plus.

Qualifications: Experience or background in the English as a Secondary Language discipline preferred. Professional selling experience and territory management skills preferred. Candidate must possess the ability to present and connect to audience and to positively influence customers. Excellent organizational, time management and verbal/written communications skills required. Must be self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to prioritize. Extensive travel within territory required (Northeast Ohio).

Compensation: DOE, This is easily a six figure income to the right person. Entry level commission starts out as high as 15%...and rapidly increases from there. We provide services that customers will ask for again and again. And for our VoIP phone service, you will each a huge up front commission for the original sale and then continue to earn a percentage every month there after. The right individual could easily earn several thousand their very first month.

Customer Service Associate

The role of the Customer Service Associate is to provide exceptional service to our customers and promote customer loyalty via phone and email communication. In the Customer Service Associate role we look for professionals who will apply their previous experience to take our team to a step above all others. 

          Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional service to customers via phone and email.
Effectively resolve customers' issues all the while promoting customer loyalty.

Assist customers with order process including production information and suggestions, order placement and tracking

Utilize existing tools to best serve customers' needs

Work with other departments to provide resolution to customer issues

Special projects as assigned by the Customer Service Manager
